This picture was taken along the Clearwater River in northern Idaho, about the end of summer.
It's fall now, and the leaves have turned. The rains are starting; there's a freshness in the air. We've been living in this part of the country for going on four years now. A beautiful place to live and yet part of one's self is always tied to what they feel home is.



Home, for me, is the sagebrush, big skies, meadowlarks, wide vistas, and canyons of southern Idaho. It nice to know them both.
